I loved the great location of the hotel, perfect for walking around downtown and to the campus, and close to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms, although they seemed not originally Marriott, provided a comfortable and clean stay. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was just like a regular Courtyard room, comfortable, and clean, although we did experience a delay of over an hour past our check-in time. The service was really helpful and the staff were so friendly, making our experience gracious and very helpful. The location was wonderful, within walking distance of uptown, perfect for exploring downtown and the campus. On the downside, we encountered minor issues like caulking on the tub. The dining experience had its ups and downs, where the staff were attentive but there were instances of cleaning personnel entering the room unannounced.
